Our garden is the newest addition to the butterfly gardens! We have worked hard to turn shrubs and wild grass into a presentable collection of plants that complement the other gardens.
In 2021, the area between Gardens 6 and 7 needed someone to care for and focus on its development. Elizabeth Henry accepted the challenge and joined the leaders of Gardens 6 & 7 in purchasing one of the first granite benches located throughout the area. Once the bench was installed, the planting, watering, and weeding began!
Pam Tate joined Elizabeth in the garden and shortly afterward Cathy Japuntich joined the team. In early 2023 the area was recognized as an official garden and received the name “Corner Garden”.
