Nominations & Election

This committee consists of at least 3 members from VWGC to recruit members to serve on the next fiscal years’ Executive Board.

The Nomination and Election Committee will oversee each year’s election of the Executive Board. This committee will actively recruit members to serve on the following year’s Executive Board. Between November 1 and February 1 this committee will actively recruit and will inform each candidate about the roles and responsibilities of each position.

The committee will present a list of candidates to the Executive Board at the February Executive Board meeting and will present the list at the February General meeting. At this time nominations will be closed.

The Election will be at the March General Meeting with all potential candidates on the ballot.
